Thoroughly clean, dry and polish silver piece. Wrap the piece in plastic wrap or place in a Ziplock Slider Bag, but before sealing it completely, place a whole or half piece of chalk inside the bag (more or less chalk depending on the size of silver piece). This works just as well with silver jewelery. Place a few small pieces of chalk inside a plastic jewelery bag with freshly cleaned silver jewelery; seal.
